Employment and interview

It is well known that people are the biggest asset of every business.  It should be added that not all but only properly chosen employees are able to add value to company. There are lots of candidates to every vacancy and who? why? should be chosen among candidates depends on  professionalism of interviewer.  By attending Employment and Interview training by GDG Professionals you will gain professional knowledge on interview, be able to understand body language of candidates, read hidden messages between lines, get acquainted with psychological sides of interview and other important factors necessary to make professional choice.

 Training includes information on all Employment process, all required forms in the procedure, Job analyses and Job Description, 3 R principles, common mistakes done during employment process and their impact/result.

  • Types of interviews
  • Communication during interview (voice, body languages, words)
  • To identify personality types of candidates
  • Prohibited interview questions
  • The ways to minimize subjectivism during interview
  • Differences between recruitment and headhunting interviews
  •  Orientation for new employee
  •  Exit interviews

Program Details

Methods used in training (brainstorming, discussions in groups, videotaping, case-studies) are interactive and organized in the way that participants share their thoughts, discuss/analyze them.

1.Cofee break: 10:00-10:15

2.Cofee break: 11:30-11:45

Ends:13:00

In case of corporate orders (all or most participants are from one company) hours are flexible i.e., may start second part of the day.
