"Negotiation"
We spend lots of time on negotiation in all areas of life - business, professional or personal. In professional life negotiations are with clients and partners, vendors and suppliers, supervisors and colleagues, employees and recruits. It is not a secret that most successful business leaders are those who have great negotiation skills. Successful negotiation requires certain tools, methods and knowledge on negotiation which are possible to obtain by attending our training.
Program Objectives
By attending our Negotiation training participants will (and not limited):
- Know the stages of negotiation
- Be aware about required preparation of each stage of negotiation
- Be able to recognize barriers to negotiation and avoid them
- Be able to prepare BATNA
- Differentiate own and other side’s negotiation style during negotiation
- To adapt his/her negotiation to other side’s style when required
- To use NLP during negotiation
- Identify possible negotiation outcomes
- Be able to manage emotions during negotiations
- Know how to negotiate discounts
