Senior Recruitment Specialist
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, wider HR community, and your team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Design and update job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Evaluate the education and experience of applicants according to established guidelines in order to determine each applicant's qualifications and rank applications to select the best-qualified applicants
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates
- Interview internal and external candidates
- Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques
- Take responsibility for own project initiatives
Qualifications/skills:
- University degree
- 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in production
- Experience in recruiting for highly technical areas is a distinct advantage
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both written and verbal)
- Experience in Employer Branding
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with assessment and selection recruitment methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
