                                                           Senior Recruitment Specialist


   Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, wider HR community, and your team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Evaluate the education and experience of applicants according to established guidelines in order to determine each applicant's qualifications and rank applications to select the best-qualified applicants
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Interview internal and external candidates
  • Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques
  • Take responsibility for own project initiatives



  • University degree
  • 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in production
  • Experience in recruiting for highly technical areas is a distinct advantage
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in Employer Branding
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Familiarity with assessment and selection recruitment methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
