Quantity Surveyor
Duties and responsibilities:
- Price forecast for the cost of the different materials needed for the projects
- Preparation of tender documents, BoQ , Scope of work and etc. in order to finalise Tender Package
- Track changes to the design and construction work and adjust budget projection acordingly
- Checking of both IPC for the Client and Subcontractors
- Checking of MAR documents versus Contracts spesifications & BoQ
- Calculation , tracking of Change orders
- Responsible of preparation of Final Accounts with the Client and also with the Subcontractors
- Preparation and following of Claims to the Client from calculation till Acceptance
- Budget Estimating
- Checking of quantities
- Salary: 2500 azn
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and methodical thinking
- Excellent numeracy

- Analytical thinking
- Computer skills and knowledge of main professional software: Excel, AutoCad, Revit
- Engineering background
- Construction industry knowledge
- Initiative
- Willingness to accept criticism
- Working well under pressure
